Password Requirements

Before proceeding, please note our password requirements below.

Password must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Should not be one of 24 your previous passwords
• Be at least 14 characters in length
• Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
• Not contain the company name
• Contain characters from ALL four categories,detailed next:
  1. English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  2. English lowercase characters (a through z)
  3. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  4. Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

The easiest way to create complex and easy to remember password is to use one-two words starting with capital letters and add both numbers and symbols at either the start or the end.

Both passwords from examples are banned for obvious security reasons

Please Note: You can ONLY set a new password once in 24 hours period. So if provided with a new account or password reset you MUST wait a day before changing it.
